I think it was blue, or half alive, cause it was so pinkish red in the middle, and not just a little tiny part of the middle, most of the flesh was bright pink red, I swear he seared the sides and then called it done.
It was chewy but he seasoned it nice and so I ate it.
I think he was surprised that I ate all my meat.
